  • Provide and maintain the Genius IQ service
  • Track your progress and achievements

3. Data Storage

All game data is stored locally on your device. Game Center data is managed by Apple according to their privacy policy. Subscription information is processed through RevenueCat and Apple's secure payment systems. We do not maintain external servers or databases with your personal information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Game Center information is shared according to your Game Center privacy settings. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple's App Store.

5. Children's Privacy

Genius IQ is suitable for users aged 4+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. All data collection is handled through Apple's frameworks which comply with COPPA requirements.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Delete all app data by uninstalling Genius IQ
  • Disable Game Center integration in your device settings
  • Opt out of analytics in the app settings
  • Cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
  • Request information about data we have collected

7. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. All data transmission uses encrypted connections. Payment information is never stored on our systems and is handled exclusively by Apple's secure payment infrastructure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected in the app and on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
