1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Genius IQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

Genius IQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your iOS devices for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not allow you to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
  • Copy or redistribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Options

Genius IQ offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly: $0.99 per month
  • Annual: $9.99 per year (save 16%)
  • Lifetime: $19.99 one-time purchase

3.2 Payment Terms

  • All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to local taxes
  • Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase

3.3 Auto-Renewal

  • Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
  • Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

3.4 Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We cannot process refunds directly.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Genius IQ, including but not limited to puzzles, graphics, logos, and software code, are the exclusive property of Genius IQ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Harvest or collect information about other users
  • Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service

6. Game Center

Use of Game Center features is subject to Apple's Game Center terms of service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Game Center account and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
  • That defects will be corrected
  • That the App will meet your requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genius IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genius IQ and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Update the App with new features, improvements, or bug fixes
  • Modify or discontinue any feature or the entire App
  • Change these Terms of Use at any time

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
